The event explored how non-formal learning can support young people&#8217;s confidence, employment and participation in community life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hosted at <strong>Misto Treska Public Library<\/strong>, the event brought together <strong>40 young people, youth workers and representatives of local organisations<\/strong> from Tirana and the surrounding area. Interactive workshops developed communication, presentation, teamwork and critical thinking skills, with attention to their relevance in a labour market shaped by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of <strong>Youth Ambassadors of Non-Formal Learning &#8211; Phase 2 (YAMNFL2)<\/strong>, Youth4Society introduced its Training Manual on Non-Formal Education with support from Tirana Municipality. The manual offers workshop models and practical exercises in effective communication, self-presentation, time management and goal setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two main workshops, <strong>Pitch Your Idea<\/strong> and <strong>Take the Initiative<\/strong>, helped participants develop and present ideas for employment, youth inclusion and community development. Both encouraged creative thinking and taking initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants finished the day by sharing reflections and receiving digital participation certificates.
